Shipping & Returns
Original sales receipt must accompany returns along with the competed return form included in each shipment.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 14 calendar days after shipping of the product. At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• within 14 calendar days of the shipping date
• must not be a special order or a custom order
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 14 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for an exchange or refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Internet orders placed before 11am Pacific Time Monday through Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day. - Please note, orders placed after 11am Pacific Time Monday through Friday, may not be processed until the following business day. - Orders placed after 11am Friday generally will be processed on the following Monday. Holidays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays. - Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday). - Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed. - Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, chosen by the customer - We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.
